Residential & Commercial Plumbing Diagnostics Corp. is a family-owned plumbing company based in Kendall, Florida, providing residential, commercial, and diagnostic plumbing services throughout our South Florida service area.
The company was built around a simple principle: understand the plumbing problem before deciding how it should be repaired.
Our story began with Rey Senior, whose plumbing experience, work ethic, and commitment to helping customers shaped the foundation of Plumbing Diagnostics. His son, Rey Jr., learned the trade directly from his father and has been involved in plumbing for most of his life.
In 2021, after a long battle with cancer, Rey Senior passed away. His values and approach to the trade remain an important part of the company today. Rey Jr. continues that work with more than 28 years of personal plumbing experience, combining hands-on knowledge with modern diagnostic methods and the practical lessons passed down from his father.
Residential & Commercial Plumbing Diagnostics Corp. has operated as a Florida plumbing contractor since 2016.
Today, we handle everything from everyday residential and commercial plumbing work to complicated problems requiring detailed investigation, testing, and technical evaluation.
Whether the problem is a leaking pipe, recurring drain backup, failed water heater, deteriorated plumbing system, or something that previous repairs have not resolved, our objective remains the same: identify the problem, explain the options, and perform the appropriate work.

The word Diagnostics is not simply part of our company name.
Our approach developed from years of working with plumbing problems where the obvious repair was not necessarily the correct repair. Recurring leaks, sewer problems, concealed water loss, deteriorated piping, unsuccessful previous repairs, and other complicated conditions often require investigation before a responsible recommendation can be made.
That diagnostic approach now extends throughout our Residential Plumbing Services, Commercial Plumbing Services, and specialized plumbing work.
